1000 Wax Dworms

My family of eight, 6 adults and 2 teen boys were spending several days at a VERBO on a Texas lake. All of us are fishing fanatics. Lively plump wax worms!
From Anonymous of Lyndonville, New York on 2/21/2021.

It was very cold in Minnesota, way below zero during the week of my order, and I received a very thoughtful communication in the form of an Email about a days delay, and the next day a personal call to ask me if I wanted to risk the temperature for shipping on the 2 day plan. I agreed and the worms came on the second day without any issues. They were packed in a Styrofoam container just large enough for the full order of 2000 spikes and waxies. The Styrofoam box was perfectly fitted to the shipping outer box and labeled perishable. Great communication, friendly service, and care to attention of product survival! I am very confident that even in sub zero weather, without carrier delay, that I would trust to do it again. Shipping to NY in minus Temps is doable!

not sure
From Anonymous of Westcliffe, Colorado on 12/31/2020.

The worms are of good quality, they arrived in 4 containers of which SHOULD have help 250 worms each as I ordered 1000. One container had 205 in it... several were black. No container had 250 worms. #2 had 239 with several dead ones. #3 had 235 with some dead ones and #4 had 237 with a couple dead ones. I can live with a few dying, but there should be 250 in each container... dead and alive.
I hope the next time I order I get extras to make up for the shortages on my 1st order?

This was our first time ordering. The worms were alive but they were all over the box. The container lid wasnt all the way on. It took a bit getting all the worms out but they did arrive alive. I would suggest they double check the lids before it ships out or even add just a small piece of tape on 2 sides to prevent this from happening.
