Spee-Dee Delivery) are unable to guarantee delivery times. For this reason, we
are unable to guarantee live delivery on any order that is shipped. Thank

Due to the Covid-19 virus, we have been experience
shipping delays with the United States Postal Service; Leeches need to be kept
cool and will perish during delayed transit times. We do pack the leeches in
insulated coolers with frozen water bottles, but obviously the ice will only
last so long. We STROGLY RECOMEND you select FedEx overnight shipping if you do not select FedEx overnight and the leeches arrive dead we will not refund or replace them. However, if you
live in the Spee-Dee Delivery (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa,
Wisconsin, and Illinois) area you already have the fasted shipping possible.
