Orders are shipped Mondays, Tuesdays, and
Wednesdays with either UPS or
Spee-Dee Delivery Service.
Orders placed after 1:00 Central Standard time
will be shipped the following shipping day.
Due to record high volumes of e-commerce orders,
the shipping carriers that we utilize (UPS & Spee-Dee Delivery) are unable
to guarantee delivery times. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND you select
UPS Overnight.
However, if you live in the Spee-Dee Delivery
area (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois) you
already have the fastest shipping possible. If you do not select
overnight shipping and the worms are delayed in shipping and arrive dead, we
will not refund or replace them.
If you select UPS 2 day and
the worms arrive dead, we will replace the worms, you will have to pay the
shipping again.
If weather conditions are hot (75 degrees or
higher or cold 40 degrees or less) in your area, please select next day
delivery with UPS.
Residents of Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota,
North Dakota, Wisconsin, or Illinois your package will be shipped with
Spee-Dee Delivery service and should arrive the next day. Parts of
Illinois, South Dakota & North Dakota are a two-day delivery. Please allow
an extra day, should is not a guarantee of next day delivery.
Guarantee: You must be home when bait is delivered! If you have a
problem, we need to be contacted within 24 hours of delivery. If bait is dead,
you MUST email a photo of the dead worms within 24 hours of delivery.
Because our products are temperature sensitive,
Speedy Worm reserves the right to change shipping carriers (US Postal Service,
FedEx, or UPS) or hold orders if extreme conditions are forecasted. You will be
notified by e-mail if this occurs. Please check JUNK mail for any e-mails.
