I had to pay for next day air for this order, did not receive until three days later, not much help from customer service, pushed it to a claim with ups, nothing more heard from, Im a repeat customer and suspect on the 40 dollar next day air fee guarantee , just order 2nd day and go from there

Ordered the bait pack on Tuesday and it arrived on thursday, with the 2 day shipping. Everything was packaged securely and the wax worms and spikes were lively as ever. With the quick service it beats heading to the bait shop. Will definitely use them again. I have also recommend them to my friends and family!

Super fast delivery. Almost no dead worm. Was able to reuse the ice packs to keep them cool during our camping trip. Our group caught limit each day totaling 40 beautiful trout! Thank you.
