We had a polar vortex push through right after ordering. I got an email saying that the order would be delayed until temperatures were warmer. I've never ordered from anywhere else and I never will knowing that Speedy Worms cares enough about your order to not send them out to freeze in shipping!

Most of our local bait shops don't carry spikes so this was the first time ordering live bait on-line. Delivery was prompt and all the spikes arrived in great condition and quite lively. I'm two weeks into using them and I'm surprised by how well they've kept. Each time I've pulled them out of the mini frig to fill the bait pucks they've been just as lively as the day they arrived. Well, these little worms, along with a minnow head pulled in a nice walleye last week! I have never seen such lively worms. gave some to a friend and they loved them too so we share our orders! works great and you can't beat the price and the difference in LIVE bait vs the "live bait" you buy at the bait shop... where 1/2 are already past peak. I ASKED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR REPLACEMENT AND THEY AGREED TO SEND ME 500 ADDITIONAL SPIKES. VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR RESPONSE. THE SPIKES SEEM TO CHANGE TO COCOON STAGE PRETTY QUICKLY, SO DON'T EXPECT TO HAVE THEM IN THE FRIDGE FOR A LONG TIME.
