Orders are shipped Mondays, Tuesdays, and
Wednesdays with
either UPS, FedEx, USPS or Spee-Dee Delivery Service.
Orders placed after 1:00 Central Standard time
will be shipped the following shipping day.
**Only orders shipped with UPS Next
Day Delivery will receive a Live Worm Guarantee!
**All other shipping options (Spee-Dee
Delivery or UPS 2 Day) will NOT receive a live worm guarantee. If the worms arrive dead, we will NOT replace
them or refund you.
Residents of Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota,
Wisconsin, or Illinois can ship with Spee-Dee Delivery service, please
understand they do not guarantee next day delivery. Parts of Illinois,
South Dakota & North Dakota have a two-day delivery. Please allow an extra
day, should is not a guarantee of next day delivery. If you select Spee-Dee Delivery you will NOT have a live worm guarantee, if they arrive dead we will not replace them or refund you.
If weather conditions are hot
(75 degrees or higher or cold 40 degrees or less) in your area, please select
next day delivery with UPS.
Guarantee: You must be home when
bait is delivered! If you have a problem, we need to be contacted within 24
hours of delivery. If bait is dead, you MUST email a photo of
the dead worms within 24 hours of delivery.
Because our products are
temperature sensitive, Speedy Worm reserves the right to change shipping
carriers (US Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS) or hold orders if extreme
conditions are forecasted. You will be notified by e-mail if this occurs.
